Emboss Stained glass cross advanced die set. 4 1/8"x 5 1/2"

Advanced 3 piece die set. The cross die has a lot of little pieces cut out of it. Please follow the advance die suggestions if you have trouble with this part of the die. I did not have any trouble even on well used mats. There are a lot of pieces to pick out so make sure you have a pick tool handy. You can cut this die into the paper or add the outer rectangle die and cut it out. Any of our detailed dies are considered Advanced dies. This means they will just take a little extra care when cutting. Some of our advanced dies require a shim ( metal, paper or plastic. Which ever you prefer). Advanced Die Use tips 1) Have new straight cutting mats 2) cut die on a slight angle 3) I use paper two pieces of cut paper when using advanced dies. One on the die and another on top of that. The second piece does not cut out all the way. It just helps to grab the small pieces out of the first paper and gives you a better cut. 4) Pass the die through the machine twice ( go forward and then back before lifting the cutting mat off of the die). 5) If you still have trouble with the die add a shim on top of or below the cutting mat. 6) If the die is also and embossing die add embossing foam on top of the cut paper. This should shim the die enough. 7) after cutting gently roll the paper back and fourth a few times. This loosens up all the small pieces and helps you get them out a little easier. 8) always have a pick tool ( dental pick, micro tip scissors or even a tooth pick) handy. A lot of our dies are intricate and need small parts pushed out. 9) Use a sticker maker like the Xyron create a sticker or X 150 for small pieces ( especially on our build -a - dies).
