Refund policy

30 day returns for unopened / unused items.  Contact us for a RMA.  Item must be returned within 30 days of order placement.  Buyer pays return shipping.  Must be clean and in original unopened packaging.  If you have a die that is not working properly contact us.  We will try and work with you to ensure it will work for you or replace it.  KITS AND CRAFT A LONGS HAVE A NO RETURN POLOCY.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THESE ITEMS.  MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION KITS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR RETURNED ONCE THEY HAVE SHIPPED.  All of our stickers are older stock.  Some of them may require additional adhesive on them.  Stickers are bought "as is. Final sale".
